InfiniSAN D2D Professional protects critical data
through event-based, real time backup to either a local
on-site on-line primary and/or an off-site on-line
secondary disaster recovery system. This event-based
model eliminates backup window problems and the exposure
to loss of mission critical data associated with
traditional backup applications. Enabling faster backups
and on-line restores, D2D Professional provides

With InfiniSAN D2D Professional, Nexsan extends the
award-winning InfiniSAN D2D product line to meet the
needs of the enterprise environment. InfiniSAN D2D
Professional delivers fast and secure enterprise class
backup and disaster recovery. It provides high
performance backup and recovery for a single system or
wide variety of systems across your network. D2D
Professional supports the most complex networks to the
most simplistic. It supports the following servers:
Linux, SCO Unix, SCO OSR5, SCO UnixWare, Solaris Sparc
and Intel, Dec Alpha, HP-UX and AIX. An extensive list
of clients is also supported. D2D Professional is
complimented by a variety of disaster recovery modules
for both Intel and RISC-based platforms.
D2D Professional uses a
client/server architecture to provide enterprise-wide
services via TCP/IP. Master and incremental backups for
each client or group of clients can be scheduled as
often as desired. D2D Professional's internal database
maintains every backup on the disk and every file in
that backup.

to install and operate. The D2D Professional solution is
proven, feature and operation rich, scaleable and
available with add on crash recovery products. D2D
